My 91-year-old father had renter's insurance for his assisted living facility. After he passed, Ryan Villiger kept charging the monthly payment. I called him and explained that dad had passed and he said he would refund the amount charged.

TWO MONTHS later, no refund, but I did get a nasty letter in the mail saying his policy was cancelled due to lack of payment and I owed him $46.69.

I called and talked to some intern on his first day being an adult, but could not speak with Ryan and did not get a call back. I emailed Ryan directly, but no response."
