"Horrible service. Lack of communication. Lack of follow through. Complete rip-off!! My 91-year-old father had renter's insurance for his assisted living facility. After he passed, Ryan Villiger kept charging the monthly payment. I called him and explained that dad had passed and he said he would refund the amount charged. TWO MONTHS later, no refund, but I did get a nasty letter in the mail saying his policy was cancelled due to lack of payment and I owed him $46.69. I called and talked to some intern on his first day being an adult, but could not speak with Ryan and did not get a call back. I emailed Ryan directly, but no response."

Per our discussion, everything is handled for you and the additional information needed was sent to Underwriting. We’re sorry to hear that your experience with my office fell short of your expectations. Please email me with any additional questions. I have you on my calendar next week to ensure everything is good. "
